Direct Stripe Connection: All money moves directly from your tenant's bank/account into your integrated Stripe account. We never sit in the middle holding funds.
0-bps ACH Baseline: Direct ACH checking account transfers trigger a 0-bps (free) baseline cost. This makes direct bank payments the cheapest and most secure channel for both parties.
Transparent Fee Pass-Through: Using our 'pass_through_over_ach' mode, the system isolates exact card processing fees from rent. Tenants pay the net fee amount separately during card checkout.
